These are just a few of the pics that I have from my Monkey Decorations Pack that I created for my school's jungle theme next year. This turned out really cute. It was one of those projects that I just couldn't stop until it was done. I ended up making 100 pages of posters and printables that are all monkey themed. I tried to include all of the posters that most classrooms have displayed. If you are using a monkey or jungle theme, you can check out the decorations by clicking the link below.

My kiddos made these cute little life cycle diagrams today. I am totally not taking the credit for these. Two other pinners pinned something similar, and I just made it my own by adding the "robin egg" candy for the egg and Easter grass for the nest. They turned out cute and the kids actually did most of the work. Not bad for kindergarteners!

In math we have been discussing and building patterns. I decided to throw some Easter in our conversation. We made these Patterned Easter Eggs pretty simply. I gave my kids a paper with a large plain Easter Egg on it. I then told them to turn their paper upside down. I placed several construction paper strips on their table and told them to create a pattern on the back of their egg paper. Once they laid out the pattern, I had them glue the strips down. I then told them to turn their paper upside down and cut along the Easter Egg (they then understood why we were using the back of the paper). When they were done, this is what they looked like. Pretty cute I thought!

My kiddos made these little writing cuties today. Their writing prompt was "I am lucky to have a friend like you." (This was my version of a St. Patrick's Day Lucky Writing) They then created a paper version of themselves and the friend that they were writing about. All I gave them was a paper face and the rest was up to them. They turned out so cute.
