Ready For March

I have been home almost an entire week because of the snow. I absolutely love the snow, and the very thought of a "snow day." As I have been spending my days in sweatpants and a pony tail, and I have been able to get a lot accomplished for my classroom. My focus has been on the month of March, because March is only a couple of weeks away. Here is what I have been working on.

I have created monthly writing journals. These are a perfect way to assess
student's writing progress throughout the year.

I created this set of monthly printables to use throughout the month of March. I will use these for morning work, centers, and during Communication Arts and Math time.

I created this set to use both as morning work and homework. I begin by using it as morning work in the classroom. Once my kids get pretty good at it, I begin sending it home as homework.
